Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Belle Blu Designs will accept returns within 14 days of delivery and exchange items within 30 days of delivery, subject to conditions below. Unfortunately, after these time limits have expired we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 Policy Details Outlined

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered—in the same condition as received. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the customer will be responsible for any loss in value, and Belle Blu Designs reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that returned items will reach us safely.
  • Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether the refund or exchange has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty. Please refer to the Personalised / Custom-Made Items section for full details.
  • Items returned without prior approval or outside the stated timeframe will not be accepted.

Excluded Category  Please note: The following items due to their nature cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom requested items
  • Personalised items
  • Sanitary items / Swimwear etc
  • Earrings, headbands, hair ties, bobbles, clips
  • Jewellery
  • Drink bottles

Exchanges : Belle Blu Designs offers exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.  Due to their nature, this EXCLUDES all personalised /custom-made items and items from the excluded category.

Returns : Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items comply with our returns policy. This excludes all personalised and custom-made items, as well as items listed in our Excluded Category (Certain conditions apply to these items—please refer to the relevant section for full details).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number / photos of the item in question / photo of your order slip and packaging.
  2. Exchange Requests: If you are requesting an exchange, please include details about the new size or colour. (Exchanges only apply to non-personalised/custom made items and items not listed under the excluded category- full details provided below).
  3. Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive further shipping guidelines and return instructions.
  4. Return Your Item: Send the item back following the instructions provided and ensure it complies with our return policy, and you will be refunded to your original payment. (Time scales will vary on this in line with your payment method used)
  5. Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that returned items will reach us safely.
  6. Item Assessment: Items will then be assessed once received, in accordance with our return policy and you will be notified of the outcome.

Personalised / Custom-Made Items: Personalised and made-to-order items are non-refundable. In the event of an issue with your order, these items will be replaced rather than refunded, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

We advise that you inspect personalised and custom-made items immediately upon delivery.

  • If you notice any errors or issues, contact MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving your order, so we can investigate and rectify the matter promptly.
  • If a replacement is required, the original item must be returned to us.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered—in the same condition as received. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the customer will be responsible for any loss in value, and Belle Blu Designs reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • Once the item has been received and inspected, and the return criteria have been met, a replacement may be issued.
  • If your order arrives incorrectly, contains missing items, or contains any defective items, or errors or you need to report anything of that nature – you MUST report this within 48 hours of receiving them item for a prompt resolution.
  • If an alternative agreement has been reached between Belle Blu Designs and the customer and the agreed terms are not complied with, this will be treated as acceptance of the order, and the return or replacement request will no longer be valid.

Claims reported after a significant delay, or where terms and conditions are not followed, may impact our ability to offer a replacement. Any exceptions will be at the discretion of Belle Blu Designs.

Personalised Items in Bulk Orders: If multiple personalised items are purchased within a single order (e.g., 5 jumpers with different names), each item will be treated as an individual order for returns, exchanges, and replacements. Each custom-made item will be handled separately, even if purchased together.

Damages and Issues: We advise that you thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any issues as soon as possible. Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of your items. This allows us to investigate promptly and resolve the matter efficiently.

If your order arrives incorrect, with missing items, or defective, please contact us with full details and include the following information.

  • Order number and information regarding the issue,
  • Photographs of the item(s) upon arrival
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • Photograph of packing slip (this allows us to investigate the matter fully).

Any report made after this time limit has expired will be subject to Belle Blu Designs discretion.

Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Revolut purchases are subject to Belle Blu Designs’ standard Returns Policy:

  • 14 daysfrom the delivery date for returns, (subject to our returns policy) and
  • 30 daysfrom the delivery date for exchanges, (subject to our returns policy).

If you have any questions regarding payments made using Afterpay or other payment providers, please contact the relevant provider’s customer support team directly, as their payment terms are managed independently.

Customer Satisfaction is our main priority here at Belle Blu Designs and therefore we ask that you contact us should there be any issues with your order giving us the chance to rectify this issue for you.
